How long should I still be seeing leaking semen after sex?

My husband and I are trying to concieve. We are only one month in and are very anxious for baby number one. This seems like a silly question to me, (especially since I am a nurse) but how long after sex should I expect to still be seeing "leftovers"? And also i've never gotten a straight answer on if semen turs to liquuid in the vagina after a wahile or if it remains its same form. Thanks for all the help and info!

I dont know, I've never timed it or measured how much sperm my husband has. lol

Just wear a small panty liner if your worried about making a mess.

I think it comes out the way it goes in.
